I charge a flat rate of $100 per hour
of work plus licensing fees, no matter the job, (except wedding photography). That hour
of work starts the moment I arrive. I do not charge you for the time it takes me to
travel to the location of the job.
I can do just about anything you can imagine. I specialize in landscape photography,
nature photography, wedding photography, and environmental
portraiture.
Need to sell a house, or land? I can make it look better than anyone else. Looking for some scenic photographs of your golf course? Look no further. Need a professional environmental portrait of you in your office? I'm your photographer. Want the best senior portraits for your son or daughter? You'll get the best from me. I can do it all.
I do all my photography on location, but I can rent out a studio
for studio photography work at an additional charge. Keep reading on to see more
about what I can do...
Landscape photography is where my passion
lies. I have been doing it for many years and enjoy doing it very much. And I do it
better than anyone else. I've won many awards for my landscape photography and have
been published in many different publications.
If you need any type of landscape or architectural photography done at all,
I can do it. The sample to your immediate right is a photograph I
took of the Erie Canal museum boathouse, in Camillus NY. As you can see, the
photograph is stunningly beautiful, and shows the boathouse just the way the client
wanted it represented. The total time it took me to find this angle of the boathouse
and photograph it was 45 minutes.
Some examples of why you would hire me to take landscape photos:
When you hire me, I will take many photos, and post them to an
online album for you to choose which ones you would like. From a typical landscape
shoot I will produce about 20 different photographs, but it varies. Included in the
$100/hour fee is one professional quality print of your choosing, up to 16"x20" in
size. I retain all rights and copyrights of the photo(s). If you would like unlimited
use of the photos from the shoot, a licensing fee of $25 per image applies. This
means that for $25 per image, you will recieve a full resolution .jpeg or .tif file
on a CD or through e-mail. You may then use it for whatever you would
like.
For prints, I recommend ordering prints through me. As the one
who took the photos, I know how to make them look best when printed and no one can
make the print look more precise than me. Contact me about print pricing per
print.
You're a working person, and you need an
environmental portrait of you doing what you do best. You need me.
For only $100 per hour, I will go to any location of your choice,
and take environmental portraits of you. I am fully equipped with all the tools to
handle any environment. I will take a photo of you, showing exactly what you do, and
express that in my images better than anyone else.
To your immediate left is a sample of an environmental portrait I have done for a
client. It is of Ken Sweeney of Jordan, NY. He is a knife maker who runs a sharpening
service, and in this photo you can see him sharpening a knife on his machine. Look at
the sparks flying from the knife as he grinds it, look at the chainsaw blades hanging
in the background, and look at him being lit up perfectly as he does what he does
best. This my friends, is what makes a true environmental portrait.
I use strobe lights for effect in my environmental portraiture,
where needed. These are portable and can be used at any location. I have a wide array
of lenses to make sure that no matter the angle or lighting condition, you look your
best.
I do beautiful wedding photography, bridal shoots, engagement photos, and family portrait photography with Colleen M. Burns and our company Solas Studios.
Please see our website at www.SolasStudios.com for
more information.
I have more than 10,000 photographs in my personal
collection.
If you need photos for stock use, contact me first before looking else where, as I
may have just the perfect photo for you to use!
Let's hope it gets good ones soon!
